Our approach is warm and encouraging, drawing on evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused techniques. We tailor our work to what resonates with you, creating space for healing at your own pace. We offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept a range of insurance plans.
